The Architectural
Review Committee (ARC) is an arm of the HOA board composed of
representatives of the HOA board and interested resident members of
the HOA. The ARC's charge is to review all new construction
requests, including landscaping plans, as well as, any requests for
changes to the outside appearance (structure and landscape) of
existing properties in Nevillewood.
The ARC is guided in its deliberations by the covenants, design
guidelines and By-laws of the Nevillewood Homeowners Association and
a desire to maintain certain aesthetic standards within the
community. The ARC makes its recommendation to the HOA board. The
ARC meets monthly at the Collier Township Building and meetings are
open to HOA members
